It has been confirmed that ITV is building their own standalone Big Brother house, which will reportedly host the show and its contestants for years to come, with plans to showcase many series of the show.
Who will host the new show has still yet to be revealed, the Daily Star is reporting that AJ Odudu is in ‘advanced talks’ to become the new host of Big Brother’s reboot on ITV2 in 2023. And is now considered to be the bookie’s front-runner.
Previous Channel 5 host, Emma Willis, confirmed that she will not host Big Brother again.
In a statement, she said: “I loved my time on the show, and I very much said goodbye to it back then because we thought it was over. I think it’s right. It’s starting again, it’s got a new home – it should have a new host.”
