Love Island have been hailed by fans of the show, as they have signed their first deaf contestant.
Young singletons will be entering the Love Island villa shortly and amongst them will be Natasha Ghouri. A source from ITV has said that producers are incredibly excited to have Natasha as part of the roster.
Natasha, who is 23 years of age, was born deaf but has been able to get a cochlear implant fitted.
Everyone is excited, and this is really positive for the younger generation to see. Natasha has a very bubbly personality, and she also looks fantastic in a bikini.

The producers over at Love Island have been praised for her involvement in the show. Anne Harris who works for the Royal National Institute for Deaf People has said that she is pleased that yet another major TV show is now featuring a deaf contestant.
Representation is important, and it certainly looks like Love Island are taking this very seriously.
In other exciting news, ITV have dropped a new teaser for the show, and it appears to poke fun at other shows, including Ex on the Beach and Celebs go Dating.
The television on the teaser trailer was titled “Naked Celebrities go Dating on a Beach”.
If a person has a unique kind of confidence, or if they have a lot of charisma that is appealing, this term may be used.

As new announcements come pouring in, it is certainly refreshing to see that the show is becoming more inclusive, and there may be some further surprises yet to come.
