The original Love Island Majorcan villa sold for a whopping £2.57 million, and we finally have a sneak peek at the new one.

The six-bedroom property has a stunning exterior made out of stone, and scaffolding has been put up while the rest of the work is completed.

The new property is at the foot of a hill, on the island. It would seem that the new villa is far more rustic in appearance when compared to the previous villa and it also spans across two floors.

The land surrounding the property has a nice big pool and so far, it looks like there is also a decked area with an outdoor kitchen.

This is a strong feature of the previous villas on Love Island, and it also helps to provide a nice meeting area for contestants.

Wooden screens have been put up around the property to act as a temporary set for filming, and machinery is dotted around the house while the work comes to an end.

Firepit and Luxurious Swimming Pool

The firepit has been confirmed by bosses, and to cool off, contestants will be able to dip in the pool.

Love Island bosses have truly pulled out all of the stops after it was found that some hopeful contestants have actually been dumping their partners to be in with a chance of securing a place on the show.

The showrunners have stated that they do not have any interest in fame-seekers and have apparently rejected claims as a result.

So, although there have been minimal details leaked so far, it would seem that hot and steamy times are certainly ahead for the villa.

It’s going to be interesting to see it when the time finally comes for it to be fully unveiled.
